Squash – Spaghetti Transplant
This unusual squash pairs well with spaghetti sauce. When flesh is baked or fried, it emerges in long strings that resemble spaghetti. Fruit is cylindrical, 8 to 9 inches long, generally’weighs 3 to 4 pounds. The rind is firm, medium yellow, and silky smooth. Average maturity is 90 days.
